With over a decade of experience as a photographer — and a former midwife with extensive knowledge of newborn care — each session is guided with patience, safety, and an understanding of just how fleeting these early days are.
Availability is intentionally limited to ensure every family receives the time, care, and attention they deserve.

FAMILY SESSIONS
Family sessions are offered exclusively to existing India Willow Photography clients.
I believe in telling stories over time — from pregnancy, to newborn days, and beyond. By offering family sessions on a limited, invitation-only basis, I’m able to continue photographing the families who have trusted me from the very beginning, while keeping my work intentional, personal, and unhurried.
If I’ve previously photographed your maternity or newborn journey, I would absolutely love to welcome you back. Please reach out directly for availability.
THE PROCESS
01. Booking and Preperation
A suitable date for your session is selected. Pay $200 non-refundable retainer for your session, sign the contract and fill in the questionnaire. Once these items are complete your session is confirmed. I will then send you a detailed preparation guide including location information and my carefully curated wardrobe options.
02. Your Photoshoot
03. Gallery selection and delivery
04. Printing
A week prior to your session I will be in touch to confirm the time of your session, your wardrobe selections and weather for your session. The remaining balance for your session is to be paid 7 days prior to the session date.
Your beautifully crafted images are ready for viewing! The most beautiful and anticipated time of your experience.
Your gallery will be ready to view within 3 - 4 weeks after your session.
You will have 14 days to select your desired signature images.
Once you have confirmed your hand picked images, I will send them to you in both high-res and wed-size for digital download.
Your session captures countless moments — the hand-picked images in your package are just the beginning. Upgrade to the full gallery to preserve every fleeting expression and create a complete, timeless record of this chapter of your family’s story.
Fine art prints, albums and framed artwork is available to purchase in addition to your gallery.
